1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CODIX TECH website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
CODIX TECH provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and related technology services as described on our website.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables including source code, designs, and content created specifically for them. CODIX TECH retains rights to generic frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in the process.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. We sign NDAs on request before any sensitive discussion.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is structured by project milestones as outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may incur interest at a rate specified in the project agreement.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
CODIX TECH provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODIX TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan.
